These activities should get easier with practice. Perhaps the most difficult is listening to the videos. But they are all short and many have transcripts.

Using the blogs to read, write, and comment is also great practice. I suggest browsing until you find an entry that interests you. Tell the writer what you found most interesting about their piece and why. Ask the writer about what they wrote -- use questions that encourage the writer to say more, to explain their ideas or feelings. Ask for more information.
